Moderation SLA

Last updated: October 12, 2026. How fast we review reports, copyright notices, and safety flags.

Community reports

In-app and web reports of users, videos, comments, or posts are reviewed within 24 hours.

Copyright / DMCA

Valid takedown notices are reviewed within 24 hours. Content is not restored automatically after a counter-notice.

Imminent harm

Threats, CSAM, or other imminent-harm reports are triaged first, ahead of the 24-hour queue.

What “reviewed” means

A human moderator opens the report, looks at the reported content or account, and records a decision: no action, warning, hide/remove content, suspend, or ban. You may not always get a personal reply; status updates appear in the app for reporters when available.

How to report

After the SLA window

If a report is still open after 24 hours, it stays in the queue until a moderator closes it. Repeat or severe violations can skip warnings. See our Community Guidelines.
