Welcome to STACK. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the STACK mobile application and related services (the "Services") operated by STACK ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be 17 or older and able to form a binding contract. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes. You may delete your account at any time from the App.
You retain ownership of content you upload, post, or share ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant STACK a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as encoding), publicly display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
STACK has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You will not post, upload, transmit, or share content that:
We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.
Creators may post lawful third-party external links, affiliate links, and coupon codes for products such as firearms, ammunition, optics, hunting gear, apparel, training courses, and creator merchandise.
STACK does not sell, broker, ship, or transfer firearms, ammunition, or regulated items. All transactions occur on third-party websites outside the App. The presence of a creator link does not mean STACK endorses a product or brand.
Creators are solely responsible for complying with FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate relationships and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Illegal sales, background-check evasion, and shipping-restriction evasion are strictly prohibited.
STACK offers optional paid subscriptions (e.g., STACK Pro, Founders Club) purchased through the Apple App Store. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple per the Apple Media Services Terms.
The STACK name, logo, App design, and software are the exclusive property of STACK and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without written permission.
If you believe content on STACK infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to dmca@join-stack.com including: (a) identification of the work, (b) identification of the infringing material and its URL, (c) your contact info, (d) a good-faith statement, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized, and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We will respond in accordance with the DMCA.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. STACK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STACK and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and STACK, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
