How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account and associated personal data are removed within 30 days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → STACK → Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your STACK purchase.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Sign in to STACK with the same account, then open Settings → Restore Purchases.

I forgot my password.

Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes (check spam).

I reported someone — what happens next?

Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours. We take action including content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent bans depending on severity.

How do I become a creator / enable monetization?

Open Profile → Become a Creator. Creator tools including pinned products, affiliate links, and analytics are available with STACK Pro.

Is there a copyright / DMCA process?
